RETURN POLICY ON Project #1 PRODUCTS

IF YOU WOULD LIKE TO MAKE A RETURN ON A PRODUCT(S), THOSE ITEM(S) MUST BE RETURNED WITHIN 30 DAYS OF THE ORIGINAL ORDER DATE. RETURNS REQUESTED BEYOND THIS TIME WILL BE REFUSED. THE Project #1 WAREHOUSE CANNOT ACCEPT RETURNS ON OPENED AND USED PRODUCTS FOR THE SAFETY OF THE TEAM AND QUALITY OF OTHER PRODUCTS IN THE WAREHOUSE.

WITHIN THE FIRST 30 DAYS OF THE ORIGINAL ORDER DATE IF YOU DO NOT NOTIFY US OF A PROBLEM WITH YOUR ORDER A REFUND OR EXCHANGE WILL NOT BE GIVEN. THIS INCLUDES BUT IS NOT LIMITED TO FAILURE TO RECEIVE A PRODUCT, DAMAGE TO THE CONTAINER OR SAFETY SEAL, QUALITY OF THE PRODUCT’S CONTENTS, AND/OR RECEIPT OF AN INCORRECT PRODUCT.

RETURN POLICY ON Project #1 MERCHANDISE OR ATTIRE

IF YOU WOULD LIKE TO MAKE A RETURN ON MERCHANDISE OR ATTIRE, THOSE ITEMS MUST BE RETURNED WITHIN 30 DAYS OF THE ORIGINAL ORDER DATE. RETURNS ON MERCHANDISE MUST BE UNUSED. RETURNS ON ATTIRE MUST BE UNWORN, UNWASHED, AND UNUSED WITH ALL THE ORIGINAL TAGS ATTACHED.

WHEN A RETURN REQUEST IS SUBMITTED, A Project #1  CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE WILL REACH OUT TO YOU TO CONFIRM THE CONDITION OF THE PRODUCT.  RETURNS REQUESTED ARE SUBJECT TO BE REFUSED. 

ISSUING A REFUND, STORE CREDIT, OR EXCHANGE

ALL PURCHASES ARE CHARGED AND REFUNDED IN U.S DOLLARS (USD). Project #1 ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR THE DIFFERENCE IN FINANCIAL EXCHANGE RATES. 

THE Project #1 CUSTOMER SERVICE TEAM WILL ALSO NOTIFY YOU OF THE APPROVAL OR REJECTION OF YOUR SUBMITTED RETURN REQUEST. ONCE THE Project #1 WAREHOUSE APPROVES THE CONDITION OF THE RECEIVED RETURN, THE CUSTOMER SERVICE TEAM WILL BE NOTIFIED TO CONTACT YOU AND ISSUE A REFUND, STORE CREDIT, OR EXCHANGE.

 

IF YOU REQUESTED TO BE REFUNDED TO YOUR ORIGINAL PAYMENT METHOD, THEN YOUR REFUND WILL BE PROCESSED. A CREDIT WILL AUTOMATICALLY BE APPLIED TO YOUR CREDIT CARD OR ORIGINAL METHOD OF PAYMENT. PLEASE ALLOW 3-7 BUSINESS DAYS TO SEE THE REFUND ON YOUR ACCOUNT. FOR A FULL REFUND ON PRODUCT, MERCHANDISE, OR ATTIRE ON ITEMS THAT ARE UNOPENED, UNUSED, AND UNWORN YOU WILL BE ISSUED A FULL REFUND OF THE SUBTOTAL AMOUNT. THIS REFUND DOES NOT INCLUDE SHIPPING AND HANDLING CHARGES.

 

IF YOU REQUESTED TO EXCHANGE YOUR ITEM, THE CUSTOMER SERVICE TEAM WILL CONTACT YOU TO CONFIRM WHAT ITEM YOU WOULD LIKE TO EXCHANGE. THEY WILL ALSO CONFIRM WHETHER THAT ITEM, FLAVOR, OR SIZE ARE IN STOCK.

IF YOU REQUESTED STORE CREDIT, THE CUSTOMER SERVICE TEAM WILL CONTACT YOU TO CONFIRM THAT YOU HAVE RECEIVED A CREDIT. THEY WILL ISSUE A STORE CREDIT CODE THAT YOU CAN USE FOR A FUTURE Project #1 PURCHASE.

PLEASE NOTE THAT Project #1 CANNOT PROVIDE RETURNS OR EXCHANGES ON INTERNATIONAL ORDERS.

REPLACING OR QUALIFYING FOR A GIFT ITEM

ALL FREE PROMOTIONAL GIFT ITEM(S)ARE WHILE SUPPLIES LAST. SINCE THERE ARE LIMITED QUANTITIES OF THESE ITEMS, THEY CANNOT BE REPLACED OR EXCHANGED. 

IF APPLICABLE, YOU CAN QUALIFY FOR A FREE PROMOTIONAL GIFT ITEM(S) AFTER YOU INSERT A DISCOUNT CODE OR WHEN SPENDING A CERTAIN AMOUNT DURING A PROMOTION. A PROMOTIONAL CODE IS REDEEMABLE BEFORE SHIPPING AND HANDLING FEES HAVE BEEN APPLIED TO THE ORDER.
